Build a strong foundation in collaborative robot programming and operation with FANUC's CRX e-Learning Training Course. This comprehensive training series walks through the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to successfully deploy, program, and expand the capabilities of a FANUC CRX collaborative robot.

Throughout this course, we'll start with an introduction to the CRX platform, including key hardware features, collaborative safety capabilities, controller components, and the tablet teach pendant interface. From there, we'll guide you through the process of unboxing, installing, and connecting the robot, controller, and teach pendant so you can confidently prepare a system for operation.

As the training progresses, we'll cover powering on the robot, completing initial setup tasks, confirming payloads, navigating the CRX programming environment, and understanding the tools available within the editor. We'll explore both manual guided teaching and jog operations, allowing you to move and position the robot safely and efficiently while learning the fundamentals of robot motion.

We'll then transition into programming concepts, including payload configuration, tool center point setup, program creation, and program execution. You'll see how simple robot applications can be developed using the intuitive touch-screen programming environment and learn the building blocks that support common automation tasks.

The course also introduces FANUC iRVision technologies for both 2D and 3D applications. We'll review camera and sensor setup, calibration procedures, vision training methods, and techniques for locating and picking unfixtured parts. These modules demonstrate how vision-guided robotics can improve flexibility and reduce the need for dedicated fixturing in many production environments.

Finally, we'll explore advanced force control functionality using the CRX robot's integrated sensing capabilities. You'll learn the principles behind force-controlled applications such as pushing, phase matching, and centering operations, along with the setup procedures required to implement these features effectively.

Whether you're new to collaborative robotics or looking to expand your understanding of the FANUC CRX platform, this course provides a structured learning path that covers everything from initial setup and programming to vision integration and advanced automation capabilities. By the end of the training, you'll have a clear understanding of the tools, features, and workflows that help make the CRX an adaptable solution for a wide range of manufacturing and automation applications.
