FANUC RoboGuide Tutorial: Picking Multiple Parts Simultaneously
In this video, Adam from FANUC demonstrates how to pick and place multiple parts in a ROBOGUIDE simulation, fulfilling a subscriber request. Starting from scratch, he builds a simulation cell, creating and arranging four boxes on an infeed conveyor and configuring the robot's tool to pick them all simultaneously. He also sets up four unique drop positions on a table, including one with a fun rotation. Adam then teaches the robot's positions and builds a simulation program to pick all four boxes at once. He writes the main TP program to command the robot through the entire process, including maneuvers, delays, and a sequential drop-off. After a successful test run, the simulation works perfectly, showing how to handle multiple parts efficiently.
