Ian Chaykowski has been with FANUC America for 25 years and is currently an Engineer in the Material Joining Group at FANUC America with 3 years of experience specializing in robotics and programming. He started in 1999 in BSG, moved to service in 2003 when he was converted from a contractor to a FANUC employee, and then moved to tech support. Ian’s collaborative and insightful approach has made him a valuable team member, consistently delivering innovative engineering solutions in automation and robotics for manufacturers across a wide variety of industries.

Known for his social and team-oriented mindset, Ian thrives in environments that require collaboration and problem-solving.
