Sterling earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Industrial Engineering from Illinois State University. This is where he was first introduced to robotics and automation, ultimately peaking his career interest moving forward. Sterling honed his craft in various engineering roles with multiple organizations before joining FANUC. His tenure at FANUC has been marked by a customer-focused and collaborative approach, significantly contributing to the development and implementation of innovative solutions that meet diverse automation needs.
